Individual Therapy

Psychotherapy, also known as talk therapy, is what most people traditionally envision when they imagine “therapy”. Through psychotherapy, we work together as a team to determine areas in your life where you would like to see change or growth, and determine a treatment goal and method that feels most comfortable for your journey.

Psychotherapy is a collaborative treatment method designed to help people understand and manage a variety of mental health issues, emotional challenges, and behavioral concerns.
